You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities under your account are your responsibility
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
ASL IT is not responsible for any loss caused by unauthorized account access.
3. Sender ID and DLT Compliance (India)
For SMS services in India:
Users must comply with TRAI and DLT regulations
Sender ID approval may be required before sending SMS
Message templates must be approved where required
Users are responsible for providing correct business details
ASL IT is not responsible for message failures due to DLT restrictions or telecom operator policies.
4. Billing and Payment
All SMS services are prepaid unless agreed otherwise
SMS credits must be purchased before use
Payments are non-refundable unless stated in Refund Policy
Prices may change with prior notice
Failure to pay may result in account suspension
Billing details are available in your account dashboard.
5. Fair Usage Policy
Each plan includes limits based on SMS credits purchased.
Users must NOT:
Abuse or misuse the system
Attempt to overload or disrupt the service
Use automated tools for illegal messaging
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Data Privacy and Security
ASL IT uses advanced security measures to protect your data. However, users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and account access.

7. Service Availability
